Lanoauille (pronounced Lan-why) has shops including pharmacy, post office, supermarket, bakeries and tourist information. There are a few places to eat and some small and friendly bars. 

Lanouaille is situated between Bordeaux and Clermont-Ferrand in the Perigord region, also about an hour from Limoges, Bergerac and Perigeux and just under 7 hours from Barcelona.
